posts suddenly undefined and now the plugin doesn’t work

  • The plugin has been great up to this point but has stopped working.

    A post which is in two categories, is showing as undefined in one of them and I am unable to save any changes to the order of that category. Can you please help.

    The plugin is up to dat 2.9.0

    you mean 2 terms of the same category taxonomy? Let me check no my server to see if I can reproduce the error.

    Have you tried enabling WP_DEBUG mode on your setup to see if any errors are being reported?

    I did a quick test on my server and it is working as expected. I am able to order the post in both terms and view the new order on the front-end.

    Is this a regular post post_type which you are ordering or is a custom post type such as WooCommerce product?

    you can try to re-set the order for that term using the reset button.

    Also make sure you do not have your old ranking data from the v1.X plugin in your DB.
