    Hi, I’m having the same problem as other users with the posts update (last post feed is of 1 month ago, plugin version 1.2.4, cache just emptied). Do you think that the subscription to your plugin could solve the problem? (i need to be shure about this before asking a subscription to my customer).

    Hi,

    We very much regret incidents such as the one that you have brought to our attention. Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    ? Go to Facebook Feed WD and press Uninstall.
    ? Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD
    ? Reinstall and actvate it.

    Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.
