    I’ve been using PostSMTP for years on many sites but never had this problem before.

    I accidentally entered an incorrect domain in the SMTP server and sender email settings. Now, when I try to correct those settings or change any settings, nothing happens when I click on the Save Changes button.

    I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating the plugin, removing orphaned data in the database using a plugin after deleting the PostSMTP and manually searching for tables/records that might be related to the plugin but nothing has worked. If I re-install & activate the plugin, it gets the settings from the previous install.

    Can you help me identify what needs to be deleted in the database to help PostSMTP start over with a fresh install?

    @verityweb Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    That’s a weird issue, can you let me know is there any new plugin you installed on your website in the last few days? if you installed any new plugin then try to disable it and then test the Post Smtp plugin again.

    Also there Import/Export/Reset Plugin option in our plugin you can reset it and test it?

    Thanks

    Wow! How did I not see that setting??!!
    Thanks, resetting the plugin fixed it! I think it was just some corrupted data in some of the fields that just broke things.
