    Hello @schloemilch ,

Thank you for reaching us. Are you using DIVI 4.21.0 version on your site? Did you use our addon and follow the instruction properly? Our plugin should work well with the latest version of DIVI.

Can you please provide me some screenshots of the issue? We will try to recreate it in our local environment then.

    Hi

Thanks for your reply. I am using the newest version of Divi.

How can I add a screenshot here? I am unable to upload an image here.

    Hello,

To add screenshot you have to upload screenshot in any image hosting service. In here https://imgbb.com/ you can upload your image free & without registration. Is your issue still persists?
    Thanks.

    Hi @schloemilch ,

Are you still facing this issue? Can you provide me with some details so that I can understand the issue properly?

    Hi

Thank you very much for your reply. Please excuse my late answer, I am very busy at work right now.

So I updated Divi and the postx-plugin. Then I followed the above mentioned directions again, that is: I created a template and tried to add it through the Divi builder. I still get an error message in the Divi builder (see image).

    The image is https://ibb.co/0XB8kYt

My ultimate goal is to add hp5 content (https://h5p.org/content-types-and-applications) with postx in the Divi builder. I am a teacher and I am trying to add tasks, quizzes and exams to my website (see examples in the above link from hp5).

    Hi @schloemilch ,
Your previous image is invalid. Can you please send the image again? Also, can you provide us some screenshots of your backend where you used our addon to implement the saved template in DIVI builder?

Also, please provide a screenshot of our saved template page too. Remember, you can’t build more than one template if you are in free version.
