[.POT] How this file works in a theme?

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

Senario:

The theme’s .pot file is named jobroller.pot
and I converted, it generate jobroller.po and jobroller.mo

They contain arabic translation I wanted to translate after I saved it with PoEdit.

I wonder how can I activate it?

All phrase inside that jobroller.pot file is theme specific, not related to wordpress po file.

I’m afraid that not all themes are the same. If you were using twentyeleven, you could just drop the .mo file into the languages sub-folder but your theme may be different. As it is a commercial theme, you need to ask on https://www.appthemes.com/support/

If the file is named correctly (twentyeleven.mo, IIRC), it should work immediately.
