Potential bugg – email validation

    Hi
    I have a field with email validation that is NOT mandatory. So if I leave it empty there is a error message telling me to add a valid email. I would like to have the validation IF the field is used… Isn’t that possible?

    This is happening with URL validation also (not required but users can’t submit bc it’s throwing an error)- looks like the validator is doing this across multiple input types @wpmudev-support9 just a heads up! Thanks for looking into it!
