Potential Conflict?

  • In addition to your plug-in (for Apppresser) I’m also using the “Distributor” plug-in to sync posts between sites. It requires a username and application password to authenticate. It had a “wizard” that steps you through the process. However once I finish the process I get the following notification:

    Limited connection established.
    Authentication failed due to invalid credentials.
    Push distribution unavailable.
    Pull distribution limited to basic content, i.e. title and content body.

    It attempts to connect the sites through the following URL: https://websitename.com/wp-json/

    Might your plug-in be conflicting with that connection? Might there be a step I need to take in order to let that connection pass?
