    Hello,

I am using Elementor Pro and added Lottie Animations. When your plugin is enabled, the Lottie animations are being duplicated/triplicated on my website. Upon disabling your plugin the files are being displayed normal.

Extra note: The error only shows up on Google Chrome, not Firefox or Safari.

    Hello @mad2kx,

It sounds like an issue that could occur in some instances when there are Elementor Add-on plugins involved. Could you navigate to Complianz > Integrations > Plugins, and disable the slider next to any “Elementor Add-on” plugins you find here (such as ‘Ultimate Addons for Elementor’).

Then clear cache (if applicable), and please check the front-end once more to see if the issue has been resolved.

    Kind regards,

    Jarno

    Hi @mad2kx,

This is due to an initialization in our Elementor integrations. Disabling them under Complianz – Integrations should work.

This initialization is necessary for handling videos in Elementor, if you have a YouTube video for example this will cause an issue with block them properly, including placeholder. If you don’t have videos, this won’t be an issue.

If you do have videos, let me know. I will have a look.

    regards Aert
