Potential Interpolation By Woo or similiar plugin

I recently updated an incredibly outdated woocommerce site. We currently have some type of interpolation issue with our Woo Orders and how that gets processing with Customer Data.

Whenever we have a customer with a ‘ ” in their name it adds several /// slashes before that character. Has anyone else experience this with wocommcerce?

If so, what was the cause for you?

I am current running woo-commerce v3.6.1.
