There aren’t any on-going reports on compatibility issues with this plugin currently but I see there was quite a lot of them reported in the past. With that in mind, I can’t guarantee they’ll work flawlessly alongside (though I can’t rule it out either).
I would, however, suggest testing them on some staging/dev site first and you’d also need to make sure that none of the features enabled in both of the plugins are duplicating. For example, if you are using Breadcrumbs or Schema from one of them, it should be disabled in another one.
In general though – based on current issue reports that we have, I’d say that they may work fine (provided that no duplicated features are used) but we don’t run on-going compatibility tests with it and I’d highly recommend testing it first and using with caution.
