    Hi!

We have used IDX Showcase in the past, but have a client that is very particular about how listings are displayed and they have some other requirements as well. .

FYI – The specific MLS is SWFLA MLS.

Q1. Attached is a screenshot of how they are being displayed now on their existing website. I am wondering if we can present them the same way with 2 columns, no box around the properties, etc. They sell high end homes $2M+ and want a very luxurious presentation with big pictures. Is this doable?

Q2. Can we have a search bar on each page?

Q3. Can we display the default image and carousel on the detail page across the top of the page? See attached.

Q4. Can we also display the last 12 months of properties sold?

Q5. Their existing site has the ability to search properties by area or address. The have the following quick search created:

Homes by Area: Aqualine shores, city of Naples, Coquina Sands, Moorings, Naples, Old Naples, Park Shore, Port Royal, Royal Harbor, Audobon, Barefoot beach, Bay Colony, Bayshore Drive/East Naples, Fiddler’s creek, Grey oaks, Kalea Bay, Lake park, Livingston Woods Estates, Mediterra, Naples Park, Naples, reserve, oaks Estate, Pelican bay, Pelican Marsh, Pine Ridge Estates, Quail West, Ritz Carlton Tiburon, Talis Park, The Isles Collier Preserve, Vanderbilt Beach

    Other SWFL Communities

Barefoot Beach, Bonita Bay, Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs, Estero, Isles of capri, Marco island, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf, Pelican landing, Sanibel and Captiva islands, Shadow Wood at the Brooks, West Bay Club

Is this something we can do?

Q6. Do we have to use one the themes that is available or is it compatible with Avada theme?

Please cc: [email protected] and [email protected] with your response. Thanks so much. I look forward to getting your response.

    Hi there,

Q1. Attached is a screenshot of how they are being displayed now on their existing website. I am wondering if we can present them the same way with 2 columns, no box around the properties, etc. They sell high end homes $2M+ and want a very luxurious presentation with big pictures. Is this doable?

Our plugin contains three layouts for displaying listings.
You can view them at the links:
    List view – https://demo.estatik.net/
    2 col view – https://demo.estatik.net/2-columns-view/
    Table view – https://demo.estatik.net/table-view/
The border around listings boxes can be deleted with custom CSS.

Q2. Can we have a search bar on each page?

Sure. The search can be added as widget to sidebar or to any place of the page as shortcode.

Q3. Can we display the default image and carousel on the detail page across the top of the page? See attached.

There were no any attachments for your post. Estatik offers three layouts for single property pages. One of them displays listing gallery on the top of the page: https://demo.estatik.net/listing/310-s-federal-st-il-60604-usa/
    Will this work for you?

Q4. Can we also display the last 12 months of properties sold?

Estatik Premium plugin uses Modification Date field among others for listings update and import. So if your MLS provider offers this field for listings filtering, Sold listings can be set up for automatic deletion after a year.

Q5. Their existing site has the ability to search properties by area or address.

Estatik allows to use nearly all custom fields for listings search and listings displaying. So this field should be available for this purpose as well.

Q6. Do we have to use one the themes that is available or is it compatible with Avada theme?

Usually Estatik plugin works fine with Avada theme. In a case any questions appear, our support team will be happy to help.
Still, if you have any doubts, you are very welcome to test the chosen builders/plugins/themes with Estatik free Simple plugin version.
We will send a more detailed answer to the e-mail addresses you provided.
    Thank you.
