• This is an excellent looking extension and it has the potential to be absolutely awesome, blowing away all other membership extensions.

    Unfortunately, however, there are a few problems which I do hope get ironed out soon. I’ve written to them several times over minor glitches and bugs and generally they’ve been sorted out fairly soon. However their support network is slow and there’s no easy communication between them and us, the users.

    The forum where we users could talk has unfortunately been closed and the ticketing system leaves a lot to be desired. But… I’m hoping that given time this will be resolved, that the extension will grow and become better because it certainly has that potential.

    First of all thanks for all the positive words about our plugin. We truly appreciate it. ??

    We have been under staffed in the near past, that’s why our support responses have been slow. But I am so glad to tell you that we have now added 3 support persons to our team, so we are now 5 people. Please try to submit your support ticket again and if it was not answered quickly and efficiently just let me know the ticket number in your reply and I’ll reply to it asap.

    Please understand that we were forced to close down forums for now, so we can be able to handle support tickets posted by our users. Easy Digital Downloads has done the same thing. We did this for you, to offer you a better product and a more focused support. Please accept our apologies if this have caused you any inconvenience.

    We’ve growed the team as I mentioned and you should find it easier to get a response from support now, please tell me if you have not got a response for any recent ticket you submitted through our tickets system.

    Closing the forums and moving to tickets has not been better for your customers I’m afraid. And (let’s face it) your customers are the ones who should be most important.

    And, as you know, I’m having HUGE problems trying to get what should be a simple thing resolved. It’s been over a month now and no help…
