Potentially excellent but full of bugs which make the booking system impossible

  • I bought WPTravel PRO with one of your suggested themes Travelore PRO, employed an expert through your website to have it set up, and over a month later I still cannot use the booking system. The Booking status cannot be updated, I have no control over the email templates as they cannot be accesses to be customized, I cannot set up dates and amounts of multiple payments.
    I have used your support email, but most of the replies I get is to just deactivate all third party plugins – when obviously that does not solve the problems.

    Actually, the issue you had reported regarding email template was working fine in our side so we had asked you to verify issue once deactivating third party plugins as sometime third party plugins conflict could raise such issue.

    Also, we have already fixed all the issues you had reported regarding horizontal menu, access for email templates, booking/payment status for you.
