Pots slider limited to 8/10 posts

    I purchased Slider and I’ve setup a first new Post slider.
    There’s an issue with the settings : whatever the number of posts I want to display in the slider, it is stuck on 8 or 10 last posts.
    I want to display at least 50 to 100 posts in the slider, please explain how to do it.
    Plus: slider is very slow and slows down the whole site, and sometimes even crashes.
    It looks very amateur job for a paid plugin. My advice: try the free version before buying it or don’t buy it.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    The problem is they don’t answer emails, even on the “pro” support address [email protected]…
    I’ve sent 2 support requests and still no answer so far.
    Anyway, the issues are the same on the free version.

    It’s tricky. If they support their customers here in these forums and keep doing that then they risk having their plugin pulled from the repo here.

    It’s a big deal and plugin authors who do that are considered to be abusing the forums here.

    Let’s try pinging them for a reply here: @support-huge-it Please confirm that Eric’s problem is being looked at then I’ll close this topic.
