We can assure you that we haven’t made any size changes to the tab.
If you want to remove the message bar heading, you can leave the corresponding field blank in the plugin settings > Cookie Law Settings > Customise cookie bar.

The size is affected (i think) by the dark glow around badge (and a few pixels large).
Yes…i know it but i prefer ..if possible to be tinny (like before) or to add possibility to move it to left or right (instead of center, at least for mobile).
