Power Gym theme – Random gradient needs removed

  • On my website: https://www.albafitness.com which I am currently working on, there is a grey gradient above the widgets on every page. I have tried finding it and deleting it but can’t. Any ideas? I am using the Power Gym theme.

    Also, Sidebar Pages widget area.
    You can add widgets here from
    Admin->Appearance->Widgets is appearing. How do I remove this?
