• Great plugin!

However, the ?powered by google“ logo sometimes is responsive thought it is not scalable and thus not made to be responsive. It is enlarged to the full width with block artefakts/pixels rather than staying small. Rotating the screen helps to downsize the logo to the intended optimal size, however, a fix size and thus the perfect size at the first call would be ideal.
There have been complaints already but the solution (hiding the logo) is not helpful for me. Any way to fix this?

    Best,
    Stephan

    Hi @notsofar,

You can just hide this by the following css style:

    .wp-gr .wp-google-powered { display: none; }

Please let me know if it’s a fine solution for you.

    Thanks!

Thank you, but that approach does not help. I want to show the logo in the correct size rather than hiding it.

    Hi @notsofar,

This image is provided by Google and according to they terms, if the site displays reviews, then these logo should be next to them. Unfortunately this image is not adapted or scalable.

However, could you send a screenshot how it looks like in the incorrect size? Because I entered to your site, expanded and reduceed the page and this logo looked absolutely the same in the right size. May be the issue in the something another.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your fast reply. Indeed, the safari browser on my ipad / iphone might be the cause. I can reproduce the problem whenever I go to my page the first time. When I press on the home button (of the apple device) and switch on again the logo ist fine. If you are still interested in screen shots I need an e-mail adress (or a way to upload them here).

Thank you again, the plugin is great!

Hi there, I have the same problem – is there a solution to this yet?

    Many thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, there isn’t. It seems to be an IOS/Safari problem on iphones/ipads. Sometimes the problem disappears when you rotate the device. As the page does not reload this is a clear indicator that the problem is on the device side.

    Hi @misstt,

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this issue when we first encountered it. We tested it in iPhone and iPad, but we couldn’t find the reason.

It is very likely that the problem is reproduced only on some sites and probably depends on the conflict with the local css.

Could you send the link to your site where we can look at this closer, perhaps the more such cases we encounter, the more likely it is to understand what is wrong. If so, please send it to support[at]richplugins.com.

    Thanks!
