'Powered by' images invalidate Media RSS feeds

Hi – the ‘powered by’ image keeps breaking our RSS feeds because the image is included without a protocol, as in:
//static.embed.ly/image.jpginstead of:
https://static.embed.ly/image.jpgWhen it’s part of a media RSS feed, the <media> elements all need to have the full URLs.
