    It’s taken a while to get this setup as I wanted for our team but it’s working well. I like how I can customize the ticket list with the columns I want and not the columns I don’t need.

    I had challenges with email notifications too and ended up switching to add email plugin and custom cron job to get it fast and reliable.

    Support has been great, despite my challenges getting it setup.

    I’ve started setting up basepress knowledge base and that should be handy too.

    Recommend it (paid version with add-ons).
