Powerful, easy to use. Great form builder!

The free form builder is easy drag and drop, with a lot of customization options. All submissions are saved and viewable. Nice looking email is sent upon form submission. You can also export the submissions to a CSV file. There are over ten helpful templates available in the free version, many more in the paid version. There are several software program integrations in the free version, many more in paid.

The free version may be all you need. I haven’t used the paid versions yet, but will be upgrading soon.
