PowerPress 6 broken with WordPress 3.4.2

Running Thesis 1.8.5 in 3-column design
Homepage has both left & right sidebars missing
Post page is fine -sidebars are displayed
So either need to downgrade PowerPress down from 6 OR upgrade to wordpress 4.1
