• Hi,

Recently upgraded from 7.0 to 7.0.1 and this upgrade caused my site to completely crash.

I managed to restore a backup to 7.0 so it’s all working again.

Unfortunately I can’t attach a file, but if you need a screenshot of the problem, let me know.

Hopefully, this helps in correcting the problem.

    Hi Angelo,

Just sent you the email with attachment.

chrissmit, we have been analyzing the screen shot you sent. We believe something may have disrupted your website causing some of the files in the powerpress.zip not to be extracted during the plugin upgrade process, which caused the “files not found” error from the screen shot you sent me.

We have not had anyone else report such an error installing PowerPress 7.0 or 7.0.1. We believe this was an isolated incident. The 7.0.1 update was a minor release, it did not include security fixes. If you are concerned about reinstalling this version then you can wait until we release 7.0.2.

    Thanks Angelo for the update.
