PowerPress Help

I’ve recently uploaded powerpress to my wordpress account to play my podcast, but somehow each time I trying to verify the link to the podcast address it gives me the 404 error, wrong address and so on. I don’t know if its my ftp client, my blog, feedburner, I really need some help here if anyone knows any. Thanks.
