Powertip doesn’t show on top, only bottom

Hi, great plugin.
I have a problem with it, running on here https://synergydentalpartnerships.com/practice-support/, for some reason the tool-tip only appears on the bottom of the image, but not on top, it should do this based on the screen position. it works perfectly fine here https://synergydental.org.uk/treatments/bonding/, the tool tip appears on top and bottom.

I believe this is an issue coming from the theme that we use on https://synergydentalpartnerships.com/practice-support/. Should we raise a ticket with the theme vendor?

thanks, i would happily pay for this plugin, because it saved us so much work.
