Ppc does count the number of posts properly

I have written over 100 posts in the last two years but ppc shows to me that there are only two posts available (admin and user view). Furthermore, i cant scroll in the diary box earlier than 2014/1/11 and the diary box lets me only choose the year 2014. Any idea?
