    Hi,

    I have been using your plugin for quite some time. But today, after the last update, when I try to connect it with my PayPal account, I get this message:

    There were errors connecting your PayPal account. Resolve them in your account settings, by contacting support or by reconnecting your PayPal account.

    See below for more details.

    • The product PPCP_CUSTOM not found

    I didn’t get information about that item, “PPCP_CUSTOM” Can someone tell me what it is and how to activate it?

    • Are you using a PayPal Business Account?
    • Can you post a screenshot of the error? I’d like to pass it along to PayPal.

    Hi,

    Same result. I disconnected my PayPal account that I had previously connected to the plugin. Then, I reconnected it and the plugin indicated that I had done it correctly. However, when I go back to the PayPal tab in the plugin settings, it shows the same message “The product PPCP_CUSTOM not found”.

    Hi @jorgeletralia,

    I just heard back from PayPal about this.

    It’s not actually an error, but I will change the wording in the plugin to actually make sense.

    Basically that error means that you “Cannot Accept Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments” on your account. Most likely because you didn’t choose that option when you completed the onboarding process as shown in the below image:

    It is also possible that even if you did choose that option, Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments may not be available on your account for another reason.

    I hope that helps! Sorry for the error, that confused me too! I will change the error message and release and new very update soon for this.
