Just to let you know — last week when the “PPOM for WooCommerce” plugin was updated from 10.2 to 18.3, the PPOM fields on our client’s Website disappeared. I had to recreate the fields again in order to restore them.

I see that someone else (“PPOM value not showing”) had an issue with the 18.3 update, but for us the update deleted our PPOM fields.

    Thank you

  • Hi @michaelb428ping,

it’s because you have updated from VERY old version :(. Even we have migration scripts but you directly updated from 10.2 and I think it has almost 50+ updates in between.

Sorry, 10.2 is a typo — the previous version we installed was 18.2, not 10.2.

Ok, we will investigate this issue. Thanks for the update.

How was it solved??? I have the same issue with 18.3 ??
Maybe a matter of the woocommerce-settings?

When clicking an image-option the page is refresh without keepig the data???

    Best regards, jens

The only way I “resolved” the missing fields issue was to type the fields back in again.

I’m sorry to say there wasn’t a way to restore the missing fields.

    Hi @michaelb428ping,

are PPOM fields are showing in the backend? or just unlinked from Product page?

When I upgraded to 18.3, my entry on the back-end “PPOM Meta List” page was not there anymore. I had to make a new entry on that page, then add back my fields from the “Product Meta Basic Settings / Add PPOM Fields” page.

Ok, thanks for sharing. We will see this issue.
