PPOM Conflict with Woodmart theme

I found issue where PPOM somehow conflicts with my Woodmart theme. Woodmart support checked their side and told me i need to contact you, because if i disable PPOM everything is fine.

Issue:

Was fine before with this plugin but i guess after recent updates something went wrong and this feature not working anymore.
