PPOM data not getting exported

thank you for your reply. If you see my screenshot linked above, we’ve already set the PPOM fields for export, and for all orders before May, that info shows up without problems. It’s newer orders where that information is missing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

at somepoint the field names changed, ex. ‘First Name’ became ‘first_name’. So updating the export solved this issue. I’m having a problem where one word fields like ‘Surname’ became ‘surname’ and aren’t being found in the ‘Set up fields to export’ menu. Is there anything you can think of that can get me past this?
