    Hi,

Our client has reported that customers cannot add any products to the basket. I’ve had a look and it seems like the PPOM fields that are linked to the products are hidden. Looking at code inspector I can see it says hidden fields. If I try to add the product to the basket then the WooCommerce error box appears saying these fields are required.

If I disable to PPOM plugin then WooCommerce works as usual. I am running version 32.0.13. I have no conditional rules active.

I see there are some other posts with the same issue, all running the same version. There must be an issue with this version.

I’ve had to disable it on my clients live website, but they are going to have to inform all their customers as they use the custom fields to match up payments against an invoice.

On the staging site PPOM is active. Could you help!

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I’ve just installed that new version and the issue is still the same. I’ve also disabled all plugins besides WooCommerce and PageBuilder to see if there was a conflict but the required fields are still missing ??

Quick update. I just had a look at another similar thread on here and they mentioned about checking some boxes under Woocommerce > Settings > PPOM settings. I tried checking this field:

    Legacy Inputs Rendering
PPOM Version 22.0 is major update, if some issues occur you can revert back to old version by this.

When I checked this box, the PPOM fields now show up!

    Hi @whitelabelcroydon,

Thank you for the update. As we’re not able to replicate the issue ourselves, would it be possible for you to send us an email here – https://themeisle.com/contact/

We can then coordinate on accessing a staging website if you have one where our development team could take a look into the problem for a quicker resolution.

    Thank you!
