I have a dropdown where you select 1, 2 or 3 flavors. Flavor 3 should only be shown if 3 flavors is selected. But I can’t seem to save it. Currently in the PPOM settings for Flavor 3, it is not required and has no conditions. When I change those settings to berequired, and conditionally display when 3 flavors are selected, it’s not saving. I click Update Field and Save Field, I get a message that says Form Updated Successfully, but it’s not updated. It goes back to what it was originally.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @lswebs,

Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out!

Can you please share screenshots of the configuration you made for these inputs? For example, the conditional logic works correctly for flavors 1 and 2.

Also, please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin.

I have made a video showing the issue. And yes, the plugin is up-to-date.

    Hey Lori,

    Thank you for the recording!

Can you please perform these actions to see if there is a plugin conflict – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide?

I used the Health Check plugin. With only WooCommerce and PPOM for WooCommerce enabled, I still have the same issue.

    Hi @lswebs,

    Thank you for your cooperation!

Here are some actions that you can perform to see if we can find the root cause:

    • duplicate the Flavor three input and disable the original one – check if the issue persists
    • create a new Flavor three input and configure its conditions to see if it works

If the issue persists, install the Query Monitor plugin, go to the product page, and check if there are errors displayed.

Let me know how it goes!

I’ve tried both duplicating flavor three, and creating a new one. Each time after I click Save Fields, the new one just disappears.

I’m attaching a screenshot of errors from that page.

    Hi Lori,

Thank you for your patience. Since this problem appears under specific conditions and is not a general issue, it takes a bit more time to identify the root cause.

It might be related to the theme you’re using, as themes can sometimes add custom scripts or styles that interfere with field saving. I’ve tested on my end but with Neve, and everything worked fine.

Could you try switching the theme temporarily and see if the issue persists? If it works with a different theme, we can narrow down the issue to a theme conflict.

Also, please try to clear your cache to rule out a caching problem, too. You may find this doc useful in this case.

Please let us know how it goes!

    Kind regards,
    Mara

I tried both of the above and still have the same issue.

    Hi @lswebs,

Could you please let us know the PHP version you’re using on your site?

We’ve also recently updated the plugin, so we recommend updating to the latest version and checking if the issue persists.

Thank you, it looks like it is working now after the update.
