    To debug the issue furher, please make sure you are using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and PPOM Plugins.

    Also, can you please deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue persists? You can safely do that without affecting the users, by using the?Health Check?plugin’s troubleshoot mode. If the problem is gone, activate the plugins/theme one by one and repeat the action until you find the conflict.
