PPOM update has broken my product pages

A week ago I contacted Themeisle about PPOM breaking my product pages. I sent links to show the problem exactly. I received a couple responses first from Irinel, then from Andreea, but my last 3 emails have gone unanswered. The free version of PPOM works only if I rollback to version 32.0.9 and PRO version doesn’t work at all. I was asked to set up your “Parrot” access which I did, but never received an update or explanation of what the problem might be. I have used PPOM for years and my site relies on it heavily. Can’t someone at Themeisle respond to my problem?
