    Just to add, I realized that by deflecting the HTML option in the test send, the email is sent without formatting. When enabling the email it is not sent. And automatic emails through the request that have html formatting are not sent.

    Thanks for the details. It looks like the SMTP server (GoDaddy) isn’t accepting the HTML emails because of suspicious content. This can happen due to DNS records misconfiguration, un-accepted sender’s address, etc. Please make sure the From Email in WP Mail SMTP is your authenticated email address which is [email protected].

    Please update to WP Mail SMTP’s latest version and send a test email. This version includes the domain checker feature which reports if your DNS records correctly set up to send emails.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes the DNS settings were incorrect, as you said…. it was better for us to change the SMTP server, which now works perfectly in the plugin. Thank you
