    Hi,

I have just installed PPWP for the first time. I have protected one page on my website.

The form looks good in a webbrowser on the computer. But it seems not to be responsive?

When entering on a smartphone, the text is vertical.

Is there some way to fix this?

    Hi @lund9900 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you better, could you provide us:

    1. A sample protected URL and password for us to take a look.
    2. A screencast/screenshot of the issue you’re facing.
    3. Which theme are you using? Are you using any Page Builder?

FYI: You can customize the password form using the WordPress Customizer (the form, button text, password field, etc.). You can refer to this document: https://passwordprotectwp.com/docs/customize-password-form-wordpress-customizer/

    Awaiting your reply.

    Hi @lund9900 ,

I have checked your page, and it looks like the padding of the password form is set to 200.

To fix the issue the text is vertical on mobile, you can:

    1. Go to Appearance >> Customize in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Choose PPWP Single Password Form object in the left-hand sidebar.
    3. Choose Password Form.
    4. Adjust padding from 200 to 0.
    5. Press Save Change and the issue should be fixed.

Note: In the future, please avoid sharing your site’s credentials here due to the potential security risks involved. It could cause you a complete loss of control over your website because this is a Forum and anyone can see the credentials. Please help to remove the credentials you provided here immediately.

We only need to view your protected page and a test password to check the issue.

Alternatively, you can contact us via the PPWP Contact Form to provide a screenshot.

    We await your response.
