need delete option in free version

    Hi there,

    Delete option for free version will be available soon in next update.
    Pro version does not support front-end for ticket management upto some extend but it also have some limitations. We have full features in back-end for ticket management.

    is it possible to remove the UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS button from the SUPPORT PLUS ticket input screen?
