PrayBox+ License transfer

My client has gone through a complete rebuild of their site and it is now hosted on a different server. What do I need to do to deactivate the license of the old site so that the license on the current (live) version of the site will work properly?

I have tried to send this request multiple times via the contact form on your website, but sadly have not received any reply. PLEASE help as soon as possible – our prayer team has been disabled for months because of this issue.
