Prb in combination with CloudflareCache plugin

Hi, I am allready using Cloudflace cache plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/) and I would like in same time also to have your plugin WP Super Cache. But prb is because WP Super Cache is giving me below error.

Can you tell me your experience and any solution?
p.s I would like to have both Cache plugins.

If it was created by another caching plugin please uninstall that plugin first before activating WP Super Cache. If the file is not removed by that action you should delete the file manually.
