    Hello, @mave27,

The plugin is not guaranteed to work with every theme created where some theme creators depart from typical usage and coding criteria. This may be the case with your problem.

I don’t see any mention of the theme used in your support request post? This is an important detail that must be included. Looks like Elessi Theme 6.0.0 by NasaTheme?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the response.

Yes – it’s NASA Elessi Theme.

Is there a workaround solution to hide it from the ‘Quick View’ & ‘Select options’ Panel (VIA CSS Code)? I’m quite happy to display the Prd code on the Single Prd Page.

    Rgds.

    Hi @mave27,

I just checked our code and it is working properly. You will able to see product code below the “Additional information” section. Here is the screenshot from your website https://prnt.sc/vNXLo1NJjOVR

Hi- I’m not asking about displaying the Product Code on the Single Prd Page. If you re-read the the Support Ticket, I am asking about the prd Code display on the Quick View Panel –

    Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wRvW96UR_8Hi

As you can see, it’s showing N/A ?

    Hi @mave27

You need help from your developer to add product code within quick view. Here is the shortcode you can use [pcfw_display_product_code]. I am also a wordpress expert and help you to add product code within a quick view popup.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the update.

Under the Quick View Panel, the Prd Code is showing for the Simple Prd, but not for the Variable Prd ?

    Simple Prd Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/JwF3oFGZlqQV

    Variable Prd Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/MV1w5xJurJlH

Do you have a fix for this ? It seems like a minor issue to get it fixed.

    Thanks in Advance

    Greetings,

My developer Repon contacted me letting me know there is nothing he can do where your issue is not plugin-related, it is a theme issue as I had indicated above. He has already offered to assist you as a hired developer and you would also have to provide him with your premium theme, which is a $60 theme. You have to understand that this plugin is FREE, but if support is required outside the context of the plugin, we cannot assist further. I have to pay for my developer and am not reimbursed.
