• I have tested both the Klarna Payments Plugin and the Klarna Checkout Plugin. Conclusion: Don’t use Klarna Checkout.

Apart from the fact that it takes up more than 2/3 of the checkout page and destroys the layout, there are still several peculiarities.

    Double input fields.
Button labels not in set language for WP.
Shipping costs are shown with 2 different prices.

Recommendation: use the Klarna Payment Plugin.

It seems you might have implemented the checkout incorrectly from what you have said.
The difference between Klarna Checkout and Klarna Payments is that the Checkout plugin is supposed to replace the entire form in WooCommerce. If you want to see an example of this you can go to our demo site here: https://demo.krokedil.se/klarnacheckout

Also looking at the description of the gateway itself:

The current Klarna Checkout replaces the standard WooCommerce checkout page

If you also where having issues with how shipping is displayed, this could be due to tax settings reasons. If you have the price to display without taxes in the shop, klarna still displays it with tax in the iFrame, since that is the total the customer ends up paying.
