    Hello .

    Is there a way that an admin can receive a notification email with all the information he filled up in the checkout page ( including order details ) even before he proceeds with the payment ? ( Like a capture details )

    Something just like abandoned cart but in checkout page and only admin can receive this notification .

    I have a booking site wherein the form is integrated with woocommerce but the booking form is created with JetEngine and after submitting the form , the customer will complete all the details in the checkout page ( which is woocommerce checkout page ).

    If he chose to cancel / close the page , admin will be notified via email notifications with all the details so that admin can follow up with the details ( like phone number orr email ) with the customer .

    Or is there any addons that can achieve that function .

    Additionally, you can check the WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin. This plugin captures all the information when the customer hits the ‘Checkout’ button and stores it. If the customer doesn’t complete the purchase within a set time, it will send an email to the admin with the captured details.
