Let me preface my request with I’ve reviewed and tried dozens of calendar plugins for WordPress and now realize it would be better to ask this information as a presale question than to research your product on my own. Below I describe the functions I need in a calendar; hopefully your products and plugins for WordPress can support this.
We keep track events hosted by different boards throughout the state of California. In my example, I have events for the following boards:
    SWRCB
    ARB
    AQMD
    APCD
    CSAA
My two example users are JOE and MARY.

JOE would like one view where he only sees events from SWRCB, AQMD, and CSAA he has not chosen to attend.
MARY would like one view where she only sees events from SWRCB,AQMD,APCD and CSAA she has not chosen to attend.

JOE would be able to add events of his own that only he would see on his calendar.
MARY would be able to add events of her own that only she would see on her calendar.

JOE would have a calendar feed of all the events he is attending and any events he added to his personal calendar.

MARY would have a calendar feed of all the events she is attending and any events she added to her personal calendar.

    Additional Capabilities:
RSVP to an event would have two choices: To Attend or Not Attending
    Add custom fields to events

If you product supports this, what version and plugins would I purchase for a single site?
If out of the box you do not support this, do you offer customization services that can give me this functionality?
    Thanks

The additional capabilities question: already possible.
A user adding events and see in an ical link: already possible (added events should be marked ‘private’ by default if you don’t want other people to see them)
Listing events a person does not attend in specific categories is not immediately possible, but via a workaround: make the single event formatting template so that it only shows the RSVP form (via the placeholder #_ADDBOOKINGFORM_IF_NOT_REGISTERED); then inside that form use any other event placeholders to show what you want or not (like event details, start/end, location, map, …). Best use a template then.

For all this: no charge at all! Although I do like a donation for coffee …
