    Hi there,

    How are you doing?

    I have to replace URL Shortener by MyThemeShop b/c WordFence found an error 3 months ago & I don’t think they or he fixed it & he doesn’t respond to support or even emails. sigh

    So here’s what I need for the non pro version please if you have it.

    1. I create my own custom slugs with words, not just characters.

    2. You can import all of my URLs easily. I have a lot.

    3. I think I saw the way you showcase the links in a builder of some sort & I prefer just a list of links (like posts) & then the ability to filter (like on WP) with a drop down based on categories. Do you have that?

    4. There was an issue with the other one where if there was an apostrophe in the URL, it wouldn’t redirect. Do you have that problem?

    5. I can upload it to different sites & I get updates.

    6. And just the basics to keep track of how many clicks.

    I use it more for redirects than anything.

    Extremely sorry for the delayed response, Please accept my apology.
    I have checked your screenshot, It is highly unusual that the sample CSV data’s header is missing from the Sample Data, However, I have provided you the sample CSV here: https://d.pr/f/6mCsrc

    You can format your links based on the CSV file.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the apology, that means a lot to me.

    Ok, I went to test it out. Is there any way you can put some color on the pages to add & show all links. There’s just so much white, it’s hard for me to make out things. The only thing that isn’t white are the buttons LOL

    So I added 2 dummy test links & my website coder & I clicked on the links to see if clicks would show up & they didn’t.

    Does it take a while?

    Ok, you didn’t tell us that it takes upto an hour for the clicks to show up. Chris figured that out.

    Actually, sometimes it takes a bit of time to updates the analytics depending on Corn-Job server configuration but we have instant refresh option please check this video here: https://d.pr/v/8CaY8x

    Regarding the color, we don’t have any manual color options for the BetterLinks Dashboards however we have a Dark & Light mode where you can clearly see any links Please check here: https://d.pr/v/HswLtm

    Hi there,

    Ok, so we tried too import the CSV file & it didn’t work. We got no verification message, & when we tried it a second time, it said the data was already there, but there were no names.

    No links in the links list either.

    What columns are a must?

    Now he’s getting this & he even deleted the plugin & added it back & that’s when these problems with our servers started. ??

    Actually we just looked at the times & my site going down all happened when he started uploading the CSV.

    Please tell us what your plugin did to cause my site to go down b/c it’s still happening. ??

    Hi there,

    Ok, we ran the debug log & it doesn’t show anything. It’s empty.

    We are still getting the same error. ??

    Maybe it has t do with the columns. What columns have to be filled out b/c we only filled out a few. Or do you want the CSV file?

    Chris thinks that the previous import still has leftover code or data even though he can’t see anything, but the error message is saying that the links already exist.

    Please fix the plugin, I really need this b/c as you know, I’ve been waiting for a while now.
