Hi @rovinated,

Since that is a commercial theme, you’re better off going to the theme developer’s official support channel, so you can get support from the people who built it and know it best.

It’s probably a simple configuration option in the theme’s admin panel, and I really would love to help. Unfortunately forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know how to configure things or why it is not working properly.
