Pre-Loading Local and Google Fonts Has Not Solved FOIT on PageSpeed Insights

I appreciate how helpful Asset Cleanup has been, however, the main reason that I downloaded the plugin was to pre-load my local and Google Fonts. I am getting the notification on PageSpeed Insights that I need to “Ensure text remains visible during webfont load.” I used the Local Fonts and Google Fonts tabs in Asset CleanUp to add these fonts:
