Pre-Order Plugin working in base language but not translated languages

What is not working exactly? Is there something that isn’t being displayed in the selected language?

Also, what tutorial are you referring to? Can you please show us? So we can understand better the steps you followed.

So the plugin works on the French side on the website (https://noxgaming.ca/produit/pedalier-simagic-p1000-et-p1000i-3-pedales/, but not on the English side (https://noxgaming.ca/en/?post_type=product&p=389721). So we have the availability date on the French side but not on the English side.

The French side is our standard side.

The English product page gives a 404 error, so I cannot see it.

Anyway, try to go to WPML -> String Translation and find for this domain:
admin_texts_yith_wcpo_default_availability_date_label
You should be able to translate the option for the availability date in English.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Pre-order free (3.2.0).

I see that your Single Product Page is built through Elementor.
Have you tried to check if the availability date is displayed in the default Single Product Page template? Deactivate Elementor and give it a try, just to rule out the problem is with the template.

Would there be another way to test it out? Because deactivating Divi (we’re using Divi) could cause lots of issues…

The Pre-Order plugin works fine in a default WordPress + WooCommerce installation.
So, probably there is a conflict with some other plugin or your theme.
You can clone the website to run the tests without harming your website.
