[Pre-purchase question] Is the frequency set the same for every user?

    I’m ready to purchase your plugin as I really like the free version, and would want to use the extra functionalities. However, I have one question regarding the frequency of the pop-ups. If I set the pop up to show weekly, will the pop up show up on a specific day of the week to all users, let’s say on a Wednesday, or will it show up once a week for each user, by tracking their IP or cookies and determining whether they should be served the pop up or not.

    Also, if somebody signs up on the newsletter through the pop-up will they continue to see the pop up with the same frequency or is there an option to not display to people that have already submitted their e-mail.

    The tool will be used on a website where there are no registered users, simple visitors.
