    Hi there,

I’ve send you an email last week to which you answered fairly quickly. Since I noticed a couple important points to be answered. I asked them as reply, but I never got your feedback despite a recall.
Many points are covered, so can you eventually answer here as this shall also inform other users & clients.
NB: JS-Ajax dynamic content & search ability is the master point I need to be answered :

    Copy of last email :

    — Initial questions

    – Can you give clear instructions for manual translation, especially for export/import steps.
    >> can you develop this pls ?

    Where are translations stored ?
    > In xml files
Ok, so no risk of losing data by using some wrong caching setups etc. ?
Where are those stored and can we eventually edit them directly for even quicker translation ?

    – could we have an option to translate menu, footer, widgets as global items ?
    > All elements are translated
Yes, I see this. I think this more as a feature request to ensure 100% unified experience & lower work load when some elements need manual translation.

    – About the automatic translation capability, it’s nice to have the free Prisna translations, but it could maybe become helpful to use advanced deep-learning translations. So which Google translation APIs can your plugin support ? Only classic Google translations and/or the deep-learning one ?
    > Google translations
Do you plan DeepL integration soon ? his should be the alternative paid solution.

    — And here are some important additional questions to :

    – Does it use initial .PO .MO files for plugins ?

    – What about supporting all kinds of CPT & custom fields (Woo, ACF…). Can we enable/disable by CPT? Dd you encounter regular issues ?

How do the plugin work or break with more complex/dynamic stuff like JS-Ajax : filtered grids … & popup content as : CTA, Contact form, social login. This is the N°1 reason why I keep using plugins like WPML that translates everything on backend, not like actual SAAS front-end translation solutions.
    >> My next project should have something close to this plugin demo : https://fr.www.ads-software.com/plugins/advance-portfolio-grid/). It shall most probably be made over ACF components. Should this be compatible ?

    – In the same idea, is it possible to search for translated content for any post type ? If yes, does it need specific configuration and/or plugin ?

    — Missing feature :

    – Ability to edit SEO meta (keyword, description…) — How does it work for now ? Could you plan Yoast compatibility ?

    Regards.

    Greetings,

sorry, but this is not the place to ask questions for another plugin.

    Your email has been replied.

Why do you say it’s another plugin ? it makes no sense. It is the premium version of this one, and I think that more information should be provided here AND in your documentation.

To inform customers, here is your answer :

Most of the answers to your questions are “no”. So it’d be better if you choose another translation plugin.

Sad to hear that… By the way, answering each question would let me know if it could fit for at least some projects, without losing time and money to discover existing and missing features.

I would still appreciate your answers to each point.
