    Hi,
    I have tried the free version and i really like it.
    I run a website where we have 65 motorbike riders and the enevitable problem arise when they use our motorbikes.

    What i would like to know is:

    Will the pro version allow a category ticket to be emailed to a specific email address? To put this into context, i have a fleet manager, fundraising manager, media manager etc etc, so if a member logs into the website and submits a ticket to the fleet manager as they have an issue with one of our bikes, can the ticket generate an email just to the fleet manager so that they can resolve, rather than the site administrator dealing with all the issues. the same goes for the other departments.
