pre-sale ? Can it do what I need?

I was reading the information and saw where it was requested to ask if it can work for a certain business. I am in charge of making a website for a laundry pick up and delivery service. They also offer walk in and drop off service, but we need a way for customers to schedule their pick up. We would like them to click on ‘schedule order’ button and then complete the form that would let them schedule a day and time range for their order to be picked up and also schedule a day and time range for their completed order to be delivered back to them. There are different prices and fees for certain customers (personal or business accounts) and fees for deliveries and such, depending on client type and amount. We would like our woocommerce check out system to be able to either charge their card a deposit or authorize their card and hold the info so we can charge them once their order is completed and we know exactly how much it will be.
